Person who introduced himself as kitchen manager (Mark?) looked and smelled like he had been on a drinking bing for some time. Had no other manager on duty to address the concerns I had on my meal. Everything about Flagg Ranch was out of this world. Our 3 day stay left us feeling like ROYALTY. The resturaunt, cooks, waiters and waitresses went way out of their way to accomodate us. They took pride in preparing our dishes and made sure everything was perfect. Most of them were on work programs from other countries, but were extremely helpful, kind, courteous and friendly. I can honestly say we have never had such wonderful service either before or after our stay at Flagg Ranch. We are looking forward to going back again.
