ReviewsItalian Cuisine in a Family-Run Establishment Minard's Spaghetti Inn is one of the finest Italian restaurants in the Clarksburg-Bridgeport area, an area with plenty of fine Italian food. The restaurant is situated slightly out of town, off of Rt. 50. The extensive menu is sure to please everyone, with baked pasta dishes, spaghetti, steaks, salads, fish, and pretty much everything else. Minard's Spaghetti Inn is one of the finest Italian restaurants in the Clarksburg-Bridgeport area, an area with plenty of fine Italian food. The restaurant is situated slightly out of town, off of Rt. 50. The extensive menu is sure to please everyone, with baked pasta dishes, spaghetti, steaks, salads, fish, and pretty much everything else. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the staff friendly. The wait staff is slightly understaffed, but that means less fussiness, which most diners will not mind. The food is quite fresh--the salad with the house dressing tastes as if it were picked straight from the garden and doused with a freshly made vinaigrette. Those with a taste for nouveau cuisine need not dine here--all of the specialties are old-world Italian--with all of the wonderfully sinful delights--Italian sausage, ricotta cheese, and plenty of red sauce. All in all, Minard's is definitely a pleasurable dining experience. My wife has family in the Clarksburg area so we make it to West Virginia often. Every time we go to Clarksburg we go to Minard's.
