ReviewsExceptional dining in the corner of the Seattle Area The Dinner House is one of those extraodinary finds that you feel you must keep special! We use it for annual birthday dinners and for taking visiting family out for fine dining without the hastle of driving into Seattle or Bellevue. The atmosphere in the entry is charming with an antique flavor. The ambience in the "main" dining room could be a bit nicer but they make the best of the room they have. You feel like you should look your best when dining at The Dinner House, but there is no pretence of social barriers and I'm sure they'd seat you in jeans and a t-shirt! The food is exceptional and includes a wide variety of meats and other dishes. They also serve a nice variety of very special deserts. This little place is well worth the drive from anywhere in the Seattle area, however is might be best enjoyed by many as a wonderful finish to an excellent day of skiing at Crystal or hiking at Rainier.
