Bellevue has always lacked in fine dining that is contemporary, pleasant and has good food. The atmosphere is comfortable and the dishes and wine are well represented. The menu changes weekly and depends on what is in season. My favorite dish is an appetizer: warm potato pancake with smoked salmon and sour cream.
