Since opening its doors in 1994 Sarducci's has been serving the Capitol City some of the best Italian food in all of Vermont. Without much effort you can easily feel like you are in Italy. Close your eyes and you can smell the garlic, olive oil, woodsmoke, and variety of freshly prepared sauces. Lively conversations are going on all around you in the open seating dining room and on the enclosed deck. Open your eyes to take in the authentic Italian pottery from Tuscany and Umbria as well as the photographs of Italy taken by the owners while visiting Italy. An excellent wine selection awaits you as well as a some hand-crafted beers from Vermont brewmasters. And the food! Healthy portions of freshly prepared Italian meals. The wood fired oven is in use all day and night and provides a variety of authentic Italian pizzas. From seafood to steak, pastas to pizzas, from children to adults, Sarucci's pleases the palettes of loyal patrons and visitors to our Capitol alike. Friday and Saturday nights are always busy so call ahead at least one hour to reserve your place on the waiting list.
