They present an excellent menu of well-prepared brick oven pizza. Eclectic ingredients help make this stand out from the rest. Smoked cheeses offer a wonderful alternative. The vegetarian pizzas with such ingredients as artichokes, portabello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and other offer unique flavors that haven't even made it to the swankier pizza joints in Rome yet. And, if you don't like the exact combination of toppings on the menu, switching them is no big deal. Emilio's is my favorite pizza restaurant. Period! (I have traveled throughout the world.)
