ReviewsBad Service I purchased a cake from the Rosslyn location that I had ordered the day before for a clients'party. Once I opened the box with the cake in it I noticed that the writing on the cake was wrong. There were 3 misspellings. Since the cake was for a client this was very upsetting to me. I returned to the store to explain to the general manager and to asked if they could fix this for me. To my surpirse I was told NO! The writing was a round candy disc, so I asked if they had a blank disc so I could write on it myself. I was told NO! The general manager at that time raised his voice and told me that I should just take the disc off the cake. I told Paul Gindes the general manager that I worked for Morton's the Steakhouse and that the cake was for a client. This man (I use this word loosely) then told me that he worked for Tivoli and so what. This was the worst customer service I had ever had in my life!!! I have used Tivolis' for over 10 years at three of thier locations for business and personal,it used to be my favorite pastry shop in the area. I WILL NEVER BUY A NOTHER THING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a cake from the Rosslyn location that I had ordered the day before for a clients'party.
