Dont know a thing about seafood

I'd heard great things about this chain, but was stunned by the amateurish service coupled with preparations that appear to be dumbed down for the masses. Order the "Seared Tuna with Wasabi" and a beautiful piece of tuna arrives completely coated with cayenne pepper! The manager's explanation: "seared means cajun." Order "Caesar Salad" and you'll get chopped lettuce with pre-fab dressing. This restaurant is a huge disappointment.
