We were seated at our table only to have to wait practically half an hour until our order was taken. When our food finally arrived we had no silverware to eat with. Fifteen minutes later, we were finally able to eat, only to find out that our buffalo burger and a steak which were both ordered well-done were not rare, but totally RAW. I was quite embarrased to have suggested this restaurant to my friends who left hungry and upset. After we had sat for about 5 minutes, the host came to our table and had us move to another table. Turns out some VIPs were coming (I guess we weren't VIPs) and they needed that table.
