Evidently you have not traveled to any other city that has a Mickey D's or any other fast food chain. Sometimes you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself "what type of customer was I? Did I deserve the RUDE treatment I just received?". I live in Ohio and have traveled through many states and stopped at many Mickey D's including Pennington Gap, Va. I found the staff and service there to be outstanding on the day I visited. You have got to be kidding. I used to have my daughters B-Day parties there but one year we called a month in advance to set her party date and time up and when her B-day came and we got to the McDonalds there was nothing done not even a cake and the place was nasty, no tables wiped off , bathrooms disgusting, and I have always heard you go into a resturaunt and if the bathrooms are nasty 9 x's out of 10 the kitchen is also so no I don't highly recommend this McDonalds but I know pennington gap doesn't have much to choose from when it comes to fast food services so this McDonalds will make a killing anyway.
