ReviewsGood Mexican food, good atmosphere El Charro is an authentic Mexican-American restaurant. Dishes are distinctly Mexican in flavor, but adapted nicely to an American audience. Service is a high point; I'm a regular there, and have never gotten bad service. It has always been good to excellent. El Charro's lunch specials are well put together and affordable. After dark, prices go up and the cooking is more elaborate, but the values still are good. All in all, this is my favorite Mexican restaurant this side of Dallas.
