ReviewsThe best. Simply the best. If you are looking for an authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum and noodle house, don't look in DC. You'll find your palace tucked into a nondescript strip mall in the Seven Corners area of Falls Church. Mark's has the best dim sum we've found in DC (not saying much, but still..), served on rolling carts daily. Fresh crabs, lobsters, whole fish... Great roast meats including roast pork, whole roast pig, soy sauce chicken and of course that namesake duck... Other specialties include a wide variety of noodle dishes, dumpling soups, and unusual vegetables such as sugar snap peas and leek sprouts. Oh, where to begin?
