ReviewsHot Noodles for Hot Days On hot weekend days my daughter and I head out to Vietnam 75 for a bowl of their delicious Pho noodles. Accompanied by a large side dish of fresh oriental basil, bean sprouts, and slices of very hot green peppers, the noodles come in regular or large size bowls with a variety of toppings. Portions are very large and filling. There is an interesting selection of Vietnamese style beverages, from iced and hot coffees with evaporated milk, to iced preserved plum drinks and freshly made lemonade by the glass. She likes to fill little dishes from the bottles of hot red pepper sauce, sweet brown sauce, and vinegar on the table.
