ReviewsExcellent New Mexico Style Mexican food Our family has been dining at Anita's ever since she opened her first restaurant locally in the 1970s and did the cooking herself. The quality of the food and presentation has been remarkably stable over the intervening years, and it still remains a family favorite. We have dined at numerous Mexican style restaurants throughout the southwest and western USA during the last 50 years, and still find Anita's to be one of the best restaurants of this type we have ever experienced. There are several locations, but the one in the City of Fairfax remains our favorite.
