The waitstaff remembers you on your second trip and evens remembers what you ordered last time and what you especially liked. My family and I go there and have brought our extemded family. We request to sit in Anna's section each time. Anna is not only wonderful waitress, but she is a very special and very sweet woman. She has gotten to know all my family, brother and his family, sister and her family, my mother and father. We go to House of Emperor whenever any family is in town. We love the relaxing, homey feeling. We feel welcome the moment we walk in the door. Best Food! Best Service! But, I would drive two hours just for take-out. Yes, the food is that good. There is no genuine Chinese restaurant in all of Virginia that offers food that is even a tenth the quality of House of Emperor.
