You've never seen 'cake' like these... they are bavarian creams and light mousses with fresh fruit in a VERY WIDE selection of flavors. On the deli side, the selections are sold by weight and are inventive, fresh made and flavorful... including things like 'real' char-grilled veggies and marinated sliced sirloin.
