Food Rating [10/10] Service Rating [10/10] Ambiance Rating [10/10] Best in Texas .....or possibly one of the best in the U.S. for that matter. Coming from places such as Boston, Los Angeles and San Diego, this is one of the most unique, wonderful experiences I have had at a restaurant. Memorable is putting it lightly. Both my sister and I who are residents of Portland, TX, are frequent visitors of Julie's. What to recommend? Well, I have had several different dishes and not one complaint about any. Delicious and the atmosphere is perfect. Between courses we enjoy strolling out to the garden areas, drinking a glass of wine, and relaxing. Highly recommended for couples who can appreciate a unique experience. .....or possibly one of the best in the U.S. for that matter.
