ReviewsHad a horrible experience Went to pargo's for a really good dinner and it turned out to be a nightmare. The waitress was very slow, I asked for extra dressing, she brought it after I had finished my salad. Asked for bread, she never brought it. We asked for refills on our coffee and she began clearing off tables. I asked my steak be cooked medium well, and it was bloody. I finally got mad enough, I went to the manager and asked for coffee which she brought quickly. We were using a coupon which automatically adds the tip of 17% into the bill. I paid the bill quickly because I was on the way to the airport. On the road, I called the manager and stated facts. She was very apologetic and stated she would send my mom and me free dinners and reimburse me the tip. It has been 8 days and I have heard nothing. I like going to Pargo's but after that experience I am not so sure anymore. Bad enough you get awful service and then for someone to promise you something and not follow through? To me that is unexceptable. I too work with the public and I understand that we are there to serve the customer. Well this customer wasn't served, just blown off.
