ReviewsUnhappy customer My mother and I ate at the Ruby Tuesdays on Broadway in Knoxville today, and were very dissatisfied with some of the things we ran into. First, my plate was very badly cracked and I couldn't see this until I had eaten or I would never have eaten from this plate. I told my waitress she should discard the plate as it was a health hazard. My mother was finishing her coffee and noticed dried food in the cup. This was brought to the attention of the waitress as well as the cracked plate. Her reply was " It was clean when I brought it out."
