Big disappointment

Went to the Alabama Grill in Opry Mills and waited 45 minutes for a table. When we got in the place was almost empty. Shouldn't have been a wait. Hostees was very rude. The food took a long time but was ok. Server was bad. Very disappointed. Please let owners know. Went to the Alabama Grill in Opry Mills and waited 45 minutes for a table. The Opry Mills branch is a great place to eat! We went to Alabama Grill after Univ of Alabama spanked Vanderbilt in football. Anyway, the wait was long however I agree with the emptiness of the restaurant! It wasn't cause the place didn't know how to serve or the food was bad! You have to be able to have patience with a place so big that when they only have 6 or 7 servers to serve a huge list of people waiting! Can't force people to apply at a good restaurant!
