South Carolina has very few legitimate barbeque stops; their version of barbeque is oven-cooked shredded pork with mustard on it. This genuine smokehouse shows 'em how it's done with real pecan and hickory wood smoked meats and treats. 'Outback' Blacklidge has always been a gifted chef and always will be.
