Charming decor overlooking a garden, several rooms allow for small groups, but the food is the reason to come. Dining last week with my wife and I had possibly the two best meals we have ever had in the state of RI. I had a tuna special and my wife the duck. The service was great as well, I have noticed a steady improvement here since new dining room managers began work last spring. The server threw the food on the table while running about 14 miles an hour and was sweating profusly. I enjoyed the flies in my glass of water (that did not have one ice cube in it) but it did allow for me to enjoy the good smell and look at what other people before me ate.
