ReviewsVery Disappointing As I have very much enjoyed the food at Sam's once before, I had hoped that this visit would have been just as pleasant. However, we never ordered this past Saturday evening ... 1/13/01. The hostess seated us in the smoking section as we requested, however she was very rude. Once seated, we noticed there were no ashtrays and requested one. Again, met with rudeness from the staff. At that point we decided to leave.
