Food Rating [10/10] Service Rating [10/10] Ambiance Rating [10/10] Great Ice but Way Too Slow! Just wanted to let you know that your water ice is great but the wait is WAY too long! I came over tonight with my 2 kids and I waited in line for at least 20 minutes......that has happened often to me in the past and most times I just drive by and don't stop if the line is too long. I watched about 7 people leave the line because the wait was too long. You need to have more people taking orders so there is a constant flow. Love your water ice though!
