After having our company Christmas party nearly ruined by an overworked (2 shifts) sour attitude waitress, we were overcharged on the tip. She made the evening into a waste of $700.00 Your person in charge, Jean, did not once offer an apology, instead defended Carla as "a veteran" waitstaff and couldnt believe that she wasn't wonderfull to us. I am so dissapointed with Jeans attitude that I will not do a return visit even for our monthly Sunday brunch. She did not have to agree with us, she simply could have listened and offered symphathy for a crappy party. Never Again, thanks Jean and Carla famous veteran waitstaff.
