Reviewshorrible food We were at your store Friday October 25, 2002 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. We were on a road trip and stopped in to grab a bite to eat. When we got there we ordered my nephews food while we were waiting for the rest of our party to get there. We finally got his dinner 45 minutes later after we all had already gotten our salads. He had just ordered the smiley face pancake kids meal. The store wasn't that busy. Then we all waited over an hour for our food. 4 of the people in our party ordered the steak dinner special. 2 of them came with french fries that they didn't order. One of the dinners came with cold hashbrowns and 2 of the people couldn't eat the steaks because they were way to done and rubbery. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was cold and we ordered chicken tenders for the baby and they were cold also. We complained to the shift manager and he said all he could do was give us a 30% discount. We had a very unpleasant experience an don't plan on returning to your restaurant. There was several people that came after us and got served and waited on before us. The lady at the table across from us got a steak and had to return it because it wasn't cooked right and the table beside us had to complain because they didn't get all of there food and had to get up and go get their own coffee refill. There is definitely some problems at this location that need to be looked into. I look up several times and there were groups of about 6 employees standing at the counter when they could be assisting the customers. The store we were at was the one at the Jasper/Dale exit.
