The menu is focused on fresh fish and other seafood, as well as specialties like duck and beef. We enjoyed the tuna tartare and crab cakes as appetizers, and followed that with pan-seared halibut with nettle fettuccine, and breast of duck in a berry sauce for main courses. The Baked Salishan was a fitting dessert. A large range of Oregon Pinot Noirs is the centerpiece of the impressive wine list. We were served by the wine steward and custodian of the renowned wine cellar. He was able to direct us to exactly the wine we wanted to match our menu choices.
