ReviewsFallin off the bone ribs were OUTSTANDING!!! Ate here Friday August 15,2003 for all you can eat rib night while visiting relatives in Tulsa. We are from Kansas City where there are too many BBQ places to count. The ribs at Papa Toms were better than any I have eaten at any BBQ place in KC. The meat fell off the bone and had excellent smoked flavor. We tried some of their brisket and and sample of their smoked turkey they are adding to their menu soon. The turkey was incredible. They spice it with some secret ingredient that gave it a flavor like I have never tasted in smoked turkey before. We highly recommend Papa Toms to anyone who thinks they have had good BBQ before.
