We ordered the shish-kabobs. The food arrived cold to touch. They took it back and just heated the same food up again. He asked us if we wanted appetizers, we said no and he walked away with out taking our drink orders. 15 minutes later he came back took our orders. 10 minutes later he came out with our drinks, no salads yet. Right away, he informed us that he was new and not too familiar with the menu or its products. I thought he had lied to us because he was the best server I have ever had. I have sent two different friends there who BOTH have had TERRIBLE experiences. Please clean the bathrooms. Please train your staff on the essential elements of customer service.
