It's not much to look at, and it's certainly not comfortable to sit in, but always crowded with fans that force a wait of at least forty minutes if you arrive after 6pm. No matter, it's worth the wait. After several trips to NYC and California, I can say with confidence that Kunis does a remarkable job, and deserves enormous praise for providing food that is every bit as fresh and delicate as the best restaurants in major metropolitan areas. In NYC only Blue Ribbon on Sullivan and Kuruma Zushi are more pleasing (for their food). In California, we like Sushi Ron in Sausalito and Sushi Roku in Sana Monica. But all in all, Kunis hold's its own with an amazing number of restaurants in the larger metro areas including NYC, LA and Boston. Either he owns his own plane and flies it all in himself, or he's got the supplier that supplies that best places in the City. Remarkable for such a hole in the wall establishment in Buffalo, NY.
