(I appreciated that we did not have to wait) The staff was very friendly and not pushy. We were not rushed through the meal. Since we wanted to try many dishes, the Executive Chef, Joe Ciminera, suggested a 6 course tasting. We left it to his discretion. It was OUTSTANDING. The selections were seasoned perfectly. I strongly suggest that this is a great way to get an "flavor" of many dishes. The dining room staff was great. They were polite, courteous, and they did not rush you through the meal. We had a table by the window overlooking the beach. It was magnificient watching the sunset. I definately will go back many times. Food Rating [10/10] Ambiance Rating [10/10]
