ReviewsPoor treatment of customers While recently visiting The Jackson Mountain Cafe, I was very appalled. Apparently the waitress (not a young teen) was displeased with the tip I left. She chased me out of the Restaurant and handed me back the money I had left her (10% of our bill) When reporting it to the manager I was told "You don't know anything lady! I run a Restaurant and would never let an employee treat a customer in this manner! I am currently trying to locate the owner as I am sure he/she would not like to see customers treated in this manner. I will never visit this establishment again. Salads (ala carte) were too big to eat withan entree. Entrees also huge portion & delicious - we couldn't even finish them. Two big advantages - one of the few restaurants open on Sunday night at that time of the year, and they still provide you with a lunch menu (even after dark), so there is quite a variety available.
