Spilled soup isnt fun !

I ordered a 1/2 sandwich, soda and small soup for lunch, was told it would arrive at 12:15-12:30 (my phone call was made at 11:22) which was a surprise that it was going to take an hour but I said nothing to the woman on the phone. After hanging up, I decided the long wait would allow me to get into a meeting which was to end at 12:00. Wrong. I was paged at 11:43 that In A Pinch is here with your lunch! I missed the end of the meeting, met with the delivery person in our lobby who handed me a very tiny lunch bag split up one corner from the dripping soup inside. On top of seeing this, I actually tipped him $1.60! As I arrived in my office for lunch with the bag, as I set it down on my desk to remove the items, the corner finished splitting and the sandwich and soda fell out. The wrapping on my sandwich was covered with tomatoe parm soup and after wiping up as much of it as I could, realized there was no eating utensils provided. I phoned In A Pinch and spoke with "Ruby" who could have cared less. She responded with, "could you say that again?" I repeated my story and she asked what were "eating utensils?" I exclaimed, "a spoon"! To eat my soup, I'd need a spoon, should I ask for one in the future? She replied with that attitude that cashiers have when they're being "bothered", "ah, okay." I said, "Okay? What do I do"? She said "ah, sorry bout that do you want a credit?" I asked for no credit but also asked that someone in a supervisory position be made aware of this mess as we hung up.
