I just saw Debbie Gold prepare a dish on the Great Chefs TV show and was truly amazed and repulsed that she ran her fingers through her hair immediately before sticking her hands in the food. Any person who feels the need to discredit Chef Debbie Gold, either has issues with her apart from being a Chef, or has no clue what food is supposed to taste like. Chef Gold is a superior Chef, along with her husband Chef Michael Smith. Her experience, and awards speak for themselves. The American Restaurant is going to be a very different place without them, and that may not be a good thing. I wish the new Chef luck, she has some very large shoes to fill.
