Restaurant is smoke-free except in the bar/lounge area. Service is outstanding. Great place to have lunch or dinner. A lot of well known Minnesotans dine at Kincaids. Try their other location in Saint Paul. There decor is classy and upscale. Try the Saint Paul Grill and WildFire if you like to eat at Kincaids.
