ReviewsCompliment. The service is quite good most of the time. It lacks on days when it's busy, possibly due to short staffing. The food is great, accept on days when Eric is not in the kitchen. I usually have the blackened catfish platter with a side salad and Eric's baked beans. The two times I had inadequate meals were when someone other than Eric had fixed it. Once the fish was under cooked, and twice the beans were horendous. The last time I had pizza, the dough was raw. But overall, I enjoy every experience, regardless of the 2% of displeased food/service. I am a dedicated member of the BPT. The service is quite good most of the time. The bag menu was so distracting that I didn't even want to order the food or take the time to look and just go somewhere else. The advertisements for coupons are very misleading and the servers (most) have no tact in serving customers and approaching and answering questions appropriately!
