Food Rating [10/10] Service Rating [10/10] Ambiance Rating [10/10] Steve and Rockys; quality at a reasonable price My wife and I first visited Steve and Rocky's (Novi) about two and a half years ago on a whim. That evening happened to be a very busy night for them and we were placed on the waiting list and went to the bar for drinks while we waited for our table. Somehow an error was made on the list and we were overlooked for more than an hour. By this time I was quite irritated and asked the Maître d' what the problem was and discovered the error. Normally this would be grounds for me to never visit a restaurant again, but the manager apologized profusely and took rather good care of us that night, but that still would not have been enough to make me want to come back. What really got me was the food. It was superb. Sometimes I catch myself daydreaming about their duck. My wife and I had all we wanted to eat as well as wine and dessert for under $75 before the tip, and it was well worth it. Now it's our favorite spot for special events, or just when we want to treat ourselves to a terrific meal. I think we might just have to go there tonight...
