No baked potatoes, No spoons, No management?

Telegraph and Stewart, Monroe, Mi. Telegraph and Stewart, Monroe, Mi. April 27 (7;15-8:00 visit) After we went through the whole ordering process, we were told that there were no baked potatoes ready and we would have to wait an hour until they were baked. We requested an order change--refund potato charges. There were no spoons for the chili. When we asked for spoons, the manager said the right order did not come in on the truck and there were no spoons. When we asked how we were to eat the chili, to which the MANAGER said, "I dunno!" When we were given change, it was just handed to us in a clump, order charge, refund all together--No receipt, no explanation.When we did check the spoon container--empty-but filthy. Then on to the tables, ALL were filthy--crumbs, catsup, smeared pop on tables and chairs. Tables out of order. No one in the dining area doing any type of clean-up the whole time we were there. My husband asked why they didn't get spoons from the other Wendy's in Monroe. They said no one was allowed to leave the store to go get them. While we were there, someone (apparently from the other store) brought spoons in and someone put them into the dirty container. Yuk! At no time during our visit were there more than 10 guests in the dining area. The drive-thru seemed steady but not super busy. This is not the first time we had similar experiences, but it was the worst time. We used to go to Wendy's often, now we drop in occasionally to see if things have changed. NOT SO! Is this restaurant understaffed or under-trained? Or what is the problem? This is not an unreasonable observation. How can the situation be made better? By us simply staying away all of the time?
