Now it is typically packed. Like others in the chain, it is an all-you-can-eat buffet, where you select ingredients and spices for stir-fry and have them cooked up on a massive wok. If you have food allergies (especially peanuts or shrimp) you can (and *must*) request that they cook your food in a regular wok that they keep for such purposes. If you have eaten at the other "Mongolian Barbecue" restaurants, you will be pleased that the ingredients here are a step up from the norm. The Ann Arbor market is a bit more finicky than most. At the same time, unless you follow a recipe or are good at selecting ingredients, some people complain that all of the dishes end up tasting pretty much alike. (This is *not* true if you follow recipes or understand the oils and seasonings provided, although the cooking technique does homogenize flavors to some degree.) A big "ew" from my perspective was seeing the cooks tap the working ends of their "cooking sticks" on the floor in between preparing entrees. From my perspective, the atmosphere is a bit noisy and crowded, the lines too long, and the prices such that I would rather go to a good Asian restaurant and simply order off of the menu.
