The wait was a little longer than I'd have liked, the food wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and the cost was more than I would have expected. But it wasn't terrible. Yesterday, since I was at the mall anyhow, I decided to try it again. Alone this time, I found no one at the reception desk, nor was there a sign asking me to wait to be seated. Although I had thought that we were seated by an employee the last time I was there, there weren't very many customers, so I thought that perhaps we were expected to find our own seats. Several employees walked by me while I was waiting, but no one offered to help. I selected a table in the center of the room, within sight of the door and the reception area, hoping to attract someone's attention. Unfortunately, that wasn't going to happen. Employees kept walking by, seemingly with blinders. Finally, I gave up and went to Applebee's, where the service and the food was terrific.
