Service is always well organized, friendly and available. The restaurant is small so you can always catch the attention of someone, even if it's not your waiter/waitress and they're always willing to assist you. Ambiance - small cozy italian fresco style with grape vines hanging from mock arbors, fresco coated walls, italian music and italian tiles on the tables and floors. Nice neighborhood 'hole in the wall' type of restaurant in strip mall that does not look interesting when you're standing in front of it so you can easily miss it. However you should take the time to come inside and be swept away by the smells from the kitchen. Bottom line....This restaurant definitely deserves a try. Besides the standard italian fare the chef is always adventurous and tries new combinations of foods and ideas with his daily specials. It used to be that you could always get a table quickly. Now, because of such positive 'word of mouth' spreading the news about this restaurant be prepared to wait awhile for a table. If you do have to wait, ask the sommelier for a recommendation on wine.
