But Einstein makes up for it with quality bagels and good sandwiches. For bagels; I recommend the Asiago Cheese (*be careful when toasting it at home- the cheese has a tendency to burn! Set it on LOW), the chocolate chip, and the potato bagel (in addition to bagel store classics like sesame, poppy, salt, everything, etc.) Their sandwiches are equally good. Try to avoid the crowds- they only have two registers. However if someone has a complex order ahead of you, it is perfectly acceptible to cut in front of them.
