ReviewsYummy Food in a Plain Setting My husband and I finally went to this restaurant with our two young children, after several of our neighbors said they eat here regularly. It is located in a small strip store building with 3 or 4 other shops. The interior is simply decorated, with plain booths and tables and a television in the corner. The casual atmosphere was just fine, since the noise and restlessness of our kids fit right in with several other families. The casual atmosphere was just fine, since the noise and restlessness of our kids fit right in with several other families. I ordered the Camarones Acajutla and my husband got the Pollo Acajutla - shrimp and chicken served with a creamy chipotle sauce. Both arrived reasonably quickly, hot and fresh, simply presented, with a decent portion size. And they were very good! Although I don't think this will become one of our regular places to eat out at, it will certainly be the place to go when we crave something Salvadoran.
