ReviewsAfghan Kabob Rules! It was the unusual name that first drew me to Afghan Kabob in Baltimore. I was in a trip with my school's Model United Nations team, and we were staying at the Wyndham Inner Harbor. We quickly spread the gospel of Afghan Kabob to the other people in the conference, and soon the small, clean restaurant was filled with high school kids in suits at lunch time. The food is delicious -- I had the Lamb Kabob -- the salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions was especially good, although I didn't care for the sweet rice. The owner is extremely friendly -- he gave us free rice pudding when our order was late -- and the service is great. The price wasn't bad either: around $8.00 for the lamb, around $6 or $7 for most everything else.
