Seared Foie Gras, vanilla pastry, rhubarb compote Medallions of Veal Tenderloin, wrapped in pepper crusted bacon over creamy leeks and potatoes with asparagus Passion Fruit Cheesecake with tropical fruit salsa The presentation and quality of the first two items was exceptional. The entree and desert while still quite excellent were less exciting. Note that if you do not wish to dine here you can get the same spectacular views by sitting in the lounge.
