Hard to beat combination

You can get good food in a casual atmosphere - all in the company of gentlefolk here. A hard combination to come by in N'Awlins. Menu specialties include the freshest seafood seasoned to perfection. Mama's own kitchen quality here, supervised by a VERY picky owner. Had terrific stuffed soft shell crab (fried in batter). Companion enjoyed a snapper filet. The quiet, casual atmosphere is a real plus in NO. Easy to find location too. Have eaten there many times but didn't know about this review page. The comment below is from a "pick one" list. I would never say "...eaten at"!! The ambiance is simple, clean and the food is tops. I don't want to pay for ambiance, just food.
