ReviewsGreat Food! Just went to this place over the Halloween weekend. The food and service were impeccable. I don't think I could have taken a sip of water without it being immediately refilled. The wine list is nice but very few European wines. They do not rush you through your meal by bring the next course even if you have not finished the previous. Definitely go. It is worth it. Food Rating [8/10] Service Rating [10/10] Ambiance Rating [6/10] Our Worst Experience EVER I should preface this by saying my wife and I were not dressed up....We had just left the boat ride out on the river..But,We were invited in by the manager out in the front of the restaurant, so we entered...The FIRST thing the waiter asked us was "how do you plan to pay for your meal?"...(that should have been a warning)..My wife and I combined, earn over $100K, so we can AFFORD it....The service went downhill from there...The food itself was excellent, but the portions were TINY, and the service was non-existent..I voiced my complaints to the owner before we left, who promised to "talk to the waiters involved", but didn't seem interested in our experience in HIS restaurant...There are many, many excellent restaurants in the French Quarter....Don't waste your time (or $$$) on this one..... My wife and I visited the restaurant last night, and the service was terrible! We had a waiter who didn't know how to open a wine bottle, a helper who served ice cold bread, the veal chop was a piece of fat. My wife had the duck , and that was good. But the overall experience was...well, I won't go back......William Wightkin Food Rating [4/10] Ambiance Rating [6/10]
