Dieter, the owner and chef, picks quality ingredients and prepares them well. Ask Gabe the Maitre de to select a wine for your food. He is knowledgeable and keeps your price in mind. As a regular customer, I will find a favorite at my table when I arrive. No where else is this kind of service available.
