The smaller and best of their two locations is the Third Street shop. It has the feel of a neighborhood NY deli. There's not a lot of sitting room, but they are VERY friendly--most customers are greeted by name. Friday is "Flower Day" with the manager handing out carnations to customers, and you never know when your bagel and schmear might be suddenly "on the house."
