ReviewsThe best carrot cake in America! I grew up in Flossmoor, so I remember when they first opened, as a gourmet shop. They are now a full-fledged gourmet restaurant and I am so glad they have remained in Flossmoor, even though I have not. I got whenever I visit my parents, specifically for the carrot cake. I have yet to find a better one. And the dill rolls are fabulous, too. All food creations are great, too, but save room for dessert!
